HOW IT WORKS
You design your graphics for your customer then you come to this web page and select the white label printing product on it. slect the size of your print, upload the artwork and click checkout. if you have multiple prints please add them to the cart seperately. We will print and ship the graphics to you or directly to your customer with your logo on the packaging. it is advised to email us before ordering or at the time you order so we can get your logo on hand as well as supply you with our adobe illustrator color chart that we use to color match different brands.
A FEW THINGS TO KNOW
1. We do not supply any of the templates that you are designing for, you must obtain them on your own.
2. When checking out if you are wanting these to go to a specific customers address please enter your customers address into the shipping address so our shipping program can pick it up. (your name or your company name will be on the return address not ours)
3. Please (nest) stack yoour artwork as close as you can without cutlines running into each other about .25 inches away is ok.
4. Our printing material width for nesting is to be no more than 52.5 inches wide by 35 inches tall. This is the maximum sheet size we can print and cut on. If you are not using a whole sheet prints must be stacked to the width at minimum, the height can vary but not the width so stack your pieces from the bottom up. If you need a handcut larger size please reach out to us seperately.
5. If you are not using adobe illustrator you may submit a .pdf of your print and we can adjust from there. An .eps file may work but colors may shift and can be hard to determine you can put in the comments if you would like a proof to you before printing.
PRODUCTION
- Most orders ship out within 7-10 business days of your order date.
- Please allow 1-5 business days for your graphics to print & cut after your design has been submitted.
***If you have multiple orders to submit at the same time please place multiple orders, this will create a shipping order in our shipping app for each address. If you have multiple kits going to one address please select everything you need for each kit like print size, upload artwork, etc and then add to card then continue shopping. Then select information for the next kits like you did for the first one and then you can checkout altogether at the end.***
