MotoPro Graphics Frequently Asked Questions

  • When will I be charged for my order?

Your credit card or PayPal account will be charged immediately upon checkout. Without payment, we do not start any design work.

 

  • Will you design my graphics before I order them so I can see if I like them?

 We only design and send artwork proofs* for orders that have already been placed and paid for. Our website will give a very good idea of what you are ordering will look like.  If there is something you want changed about the graphics, (e.g. mispellings, changed color or logo placement) they can be revised to your liking. We will not print your graphics until the  that we send is approved by you in our proofing software.

 * 1 Proof and up to 2 revisions are included on full graphic sets, Canopy Tents, and Pit Shirts. If you require additional changes after 2 revisions, a design fee may apply.

  • I received my proof, what next?

After you receive your proof if everything looks good, simply approve the proof. If changes are required please note the changes needed in the proof and we will make revisions and send a new proof.  We will not print until the proof is approved.  Please note that each order includes up to 2 free revisions at no charge (mistakes on our part such as misspelling or incorrect logos exempt from the 2 free revision rule). Complete reworks such as totally different graphic sets, designs, or colorways are not included in revisions so please make sure to order what you would like to begin with.

Please note that once artwork is approved no further changes can be made. The graphics will be sent to our print team for printing and they will be printed and shipped within a couple of working days.  Please make sure that everything is exactly correct before you submit approval as we can not be held responsible for typographical errors, missing or additional sponsor logos or placement, or incorrect colors after the approval is submitted.

  • Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be canceled up until the point that the design work has begun. After that, a $25.00 setup fee will be charged on any cancellations that occur after design has started. After the proof has been approved cancelations are not accepted, no exceptions.  The status of your order can be checked by logging into your account.

  • What Logos can I use on my Graphics?

We offer all standard industry logos. If you have personal or local sponsors please email Vector format (.AI, .EPS, or PDF files, not simply converted from a .JPG) and we will be more than happy to implement your logo into your design.  If you need your logo created or do not have a vector, please contact us for pricing.

  • Can you make a custom set of graphics not on your site?

You can purchase a completely custom set of graphics from our site or you can reach out to us by email and we will design a completely custom set just for you!
